Exceptional Hosts and Stunning Views
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the hosts were incredibly thoughtful and even chilled our wine for us! The double room was spacious and had patio doors leading to a garden with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Breakfast choices were impressive, and I particularly loved the delicious full English served with a smile. I can't think of anything to improve, just a perfect getaway!

pleasant stay with minor connectivity issues
The double room with a patio offered a great setting, providing stunning mountain views that made mornings delightful. Breakfast had a superb variety, especially the gluten-free options that catered perfectly to my dietary needs.
Wi-fi connection was inconsistent at times, leading to some frustration.

the bathroom arrangement was utterly ridiculous, having to cross the hall to use it should have come with a warning, but, dressing gowns were a nice touch I suppose. also, I expected some sort of complimentary gesture for my inconvenience, but alas, no such luck. i almost thought of leaving a good review but just couldn't.

The views from the rooms are absolutely stunning, with rolling mountains and breathtaking landscapes right outside. Breakfast offerings are delicious and varied, catering thoughtfully to dietary needs, making it a standout feature of the stay.
While the accommodation is comfortable, the mattress was firmer than expected, which might not suit everyone’s sleeping preferences. The non-blackout curtains let in early morning light, potentially disrupting sleep for those who need complete darkness. the shared bathroom arrangement could be a little inconvenient at times, especially if multiple guests needed access simultaneously. Parking on the sloped driveway might require some careful maneuvering. WiFi is another point of contention, as several guests reported slow connections, which could be an issue for anyone needing to stay online.

Stunning views from the Double Room with Patio. The room had everything—flat-screen TV, tea/coffee maker, private bathroom, and even a DVD player for relaxing nights. Breakfast was amazing. fresh fruit, custom options, and homemade jams! The outdoor furniture on the patio was perfect for soaking in the sun. Felt like a true retreat!
